SCARBOROUGH STRATA is run by former Scarborough real estate agent David Speyers. David has a strong reputation in the area for doing a thorough and professional job. As well as being an accredited strata manager & licensed real estate agent, David has completed a bachelor degree in Commerce at UWA.
David’s aim is to run a boutique, serviced focused strata management business in and around the Scarborough area. Over the past 17 years he has dedicated myself to selling real estate all over the northern suburbs however more notably in the suburbs of Scarborough, Doubleview & Innaloo which contains a high percentage of strata units, villas and townhouses. 6 years ago he started Scarborough Strata due to the feedback he was receiving from clients that they were unhappy with their strata manger. He knew it could be done better. Having sold many strata properties as well as currently managing many strata complexes in the Perth metro area Scarborough Strata is in a strong position to help other owners manage their properties too.
